Case Study on Amazon and Uber: Strategies for Success

As part of the Entrepreneurship and Digital Economy module during my Master's program, my group conducted a comprehensive case study analyzing the growth trajectories of Amazon and Uber. We explored the innovative strategies that propelled these companies to the forefront of their industries, delving into their marketing approaches, business growth tactics, and the challenges they faced along the way. To effectively communicate our findings, we created an engaging video presentation that highlighted key insights into their successes and failures, as well as the networking and operational strategies that contributed to their evolution as dominant digital platforms. This project deepened my understanding of entrepreneurial dynamics in the digital age and the critical factors influencing business development.
