In-Depth Analysis of Steffano Ricci: A Luxury Brand Exploration

As part of the Fashion Marketing module, our group conducted a comprehensive study of Steffano Ricci, a renowned luxury brand. This project involved an in-depth analysis encompassing various strategic frameworks, including SWOT and PESTEL analyses, competitor assessments, and product categorization. We explored the brand's marketing strategies and social media presence, providing valuable insights into its positioning within the luxury market. This project marked my first foray into the world of luxury brands, enhancing my understanding of their unique challenges and strategies. Additionally, we had the opportunity to visit their store in London, further enriching our research and allowing us to observe their branding in a real-world context. Our findings were compiled into a detailed presentation that showcased our analytical approach and strategic recommendations for the brand.
